WE'RE ON THE MOVE!
THE TEAM HAVE BEEN BUSY IN DECEMBER, MOVING OUR SEVENOAKS HEAD OFFICE TO A NEW PREMISES
Watermill house is set in an idyllic location in the village of Chipstead on the Western outskirts of Sevenoaks. Whilst set in the stunning rural Kent countryside, the property is located just 5 minutes from the M25 motorway and 10 minutes from Sevenoaks town centre and mainline rail station. The move will enable us to further expand the company and provide increased services to our customers.
Parts of the historic watermill house date back to the 18th century and it was converted to offices in the 1980’s.
The head office acts as a hub for our 3 regional offices and houses our CAD, Revit and administration teams that support our field teams and other offices in London and Nottingham
Managing director Claire Fenwick commented;
“We had been in the old office in Bat & Ball for 3 years and experienced a phenomenal period of growth during this time and we simply have outgrown our old space. By relocating our head office to Watermill House and doubling our floorplate we can now recruit more measured building, land & utility surveyors and further expand our Revit modelling and CAD drafting teams.”
“We have invested heavily in the new office, giving it a modern and spacious feel. This will help us retain our existing team and attract new recruits, for which we are advertising for 5 roles currently. We also have a state-of-the-art boardroom to welcome visitors.”
