A HEARTFELT GOODBYE TO RU HARRIS!
Ru Harris is stepping down from his full-time role at Spatial Dimensions as of the 28th of August. He served as our Brand and Commercial Executive for three and a half incredible years. Now, Ru is following a deeply personal calling to become a full-time school chaplain. He will focus his passion on supporting, mentoring, and guiding young people.
Claire and Peter fully support Ru in this exciting new transition. They know how much this vital vocation means to him. The entire team will miss his daily energy, bright ideas, and constant enthusiasm around the office. Still, we are all excited for his decision to pursue this rewarding path.
During his time with us, Ru helped shape our commercial strategy, built strong relationships and elevated our brand across the industry. His dedication set a high standard for our team.
Ru shared his heartfelt gratitude as he prepares for his next chapter:

Firstly, a massive thank you to all the team. You make Spatial Dimensions a special and welcoming place to work. To Molly, Cameron and Nikki, I’ll miss our days in the office and wish you every continued success at work and in life. I know I’ll stay in touch with many friends here for a long time.
Secondly, a huge thanks to our wonderful clients, partners and friends. It’s been a privilege to work alongside you on so many amazing projects. You’ve made work genuinely enjoyable from early-morning phone calls to late-night networking events.
Finally, to Claire and Peter. A huge and heartfelt thank you for everything. Since coming to Spatial in 2023, you’ve made me feel like family and have supported me in every aspect. This extends to my career change into chaplaincy. From our first discussion about this, you understood how important this was to me. Having your support and sharing my joy in moving to full-time ministry work has meant a huge amount. Thank you!
GOODBYE, NOT FAREWELL
You will no longer see Ru’s name attached to projects or daily commercial operations. However, he is not stepping away from Spatial Dimensions completely. Ru will continue to support our team as a strategic consultant one day a week. He will complete this specialised work entirely outside of standard office hours. This smart approach ensures a seamless transition for our ongoing initiatives. It also provides our leadership team with his valuable ongoing insight and guidance.
Ru’s journey reminds us all about the power of following a true purpose. He leaves a strong commercial legacy behind him. His work laid a solid foundation for our future business growth. We know he will bring the same dedication, empathy, and leadership to his school community. The students and faculty are very fortunate to have him.
