MY ROLE
Peter is the Commercial Director here at Spatial Dimensions and is responsible for the overall commercial strategy, business development and client service.
Teaming up with his wife and business partner Claire Fenwick in 2017, the couple are now a formidable force in the world of measured surveying.
Before joining Spatial Dimensions, Peter had a long career in the property industry. After leaving college, Peter sold property as an Estate agent in South London for many years dealing with developers, portfolio landlords and house buyers and sellers.
In 2009 Peter took a commercial role at an emerging “Proptech” company Reapit. Peter honed his business development, client service and commercial skills and helped the company grow revenues from £1m to over £10m per year in a 9 year period. Dealing with blue chip real estate companies such as Savills, JLL & Knight Frank. The company was successfully sold to AKKR in 2017 and Peter joined Spatial Dimensions.
