WHAT IS THE VERTICAL RUSH?
The Vertical Rush for Shelter Charity is an exciting event that brings together participants from all walks of life to push themselves to the limit while supporting the fight against homelessness. Taking place at Tower 42 (Old Broad St, London), this exhilarating challenge involves ascending 42 floors, all in the name of defending the right to a safe and secure home for everyone.
Vertical Rush is part of an international set of races. Not only is this for a great cause, but there will be world-renowned Vertical Rush athletes!
It will be held on 28.02.2024, offering participants the opportunity to experience the thrill of conquering the towering heights of Tower 42. With its iconic status in the London skyline, the building serves as an inspiring backdrop for this meaningful event. Participants will tackle the challenge head-on, pushing their physical limits while contributing to a remarkable cause.
WHO ARE SHELTER?
The event is organised by Shelter, a renowned charity dedicated to tackling homelessness and housing injustice in England. Every four minutes, a household in England is made homeless, and Shelter works tirelessly to prevent homelessness and provide support to those in need. By participating in Vertical Rush, individuals can make a significant impact and contribute to the vital work carried out by Shelter.
