You will be working on a wide variety of projects, from residential to commercial and a range of clients private and public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Revit and CAD Modelling from point clouds, topographical and underground utility data. Have all surveyors working on each job collaborating together, delivering their part of the model in a common place and that all stakeholders are fully informed on the progress of each job. Ensure full compliance with all Spatial Dimensions policies and procedures in delivery of all jobs. Continually review the service to deliver continuous improvement and value for money on jobs. Provide support, training and professional guidance to the CAD/Revit team and elsewhere when required. Establish good and successful relationships with clients, local authorities and all stakeholders.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Relevant experience in Scan to BIM in a Revit environment
- Experience of working with 3D point clouds
- An understanding of the complexities of creating as-built Revit models
- Knowledge and understanding of Revit templates, families and custom modelling
- Time management skills with an emphasis on delivery
- Able to prioritise time critical work
- Customer focused
