CYCLE TO UKREiiF 2025
Claire Fenwick is set to participate in the “Cycle to UKREiiF 2025” event. The event aims to raise funds for Club Peloton and its supported charitable project, Cyclists Fighting Cancer (CFC).
This three-day endurance cycling challenge is scheduled from May 17th to 19th, 2025. It will see participants cycle from Newport to Leeds for the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF).
THE GOAL OF CYCLE TO UKREiiF
The primary goal of this event is to generate £40,000 to fund a Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES) at CFC for two years. This vital role involves offering bespoke exercise and activity advice to children. This includes tailoring programs to each child’s unique needs and capabilities. By collaborating with families, it aims to enhance the quality of life of children during and after cancer treatment.
Club Peloton, the event organizer, is a dynamic business network that leverages cycling to drive charitable fundraising. Through organizing challenging multi-day rides, it unites property professionals to build lasting business relationships through their collective efforts. All abilities are welcome, and Club Peloton supports riders, whatever their level, in their training and fundraising.
WHAT IS CYCLISTS FIGHTING CANCER?
Cyclists Fighting Cancer is a registered charity founded in 2005, providing a unique and effective way of helping children and young people living with cancer across the UK. They supply new bikes, tandems, and specially adapted trikes to support children’s physical and mental rehabilitation. Recognizing the profound impact of exercise on recovery, CFC encourages cycling as a fun, low-impact activity that fosters strength, mobility, and confidence.
